What is the CryptoGem Affiliate
Program?
The CryptoGem Affiliate is a partner with the same
mission and values as CryptoGem. Through the CryptoGem Affiliate Program, you can
create unique referral links wherein anyone who clicks on the link and completes
the registration will automatically be classified as your invitee. You will
receive a commission upon completed trades by your invitee, including Spot,
Futures, and Margin, excluding zero-fee trades and trades made by invitees of
Level 3 or above.

1. The statistical objects are the users you

2. BTC is calculated based on the daily average
price of BTC during the assessment period 12:00 (UTC);
3. Transaction types include spot (including
Margin trades), Futures, etc., Futures, Spot, or Margin trades will enjoy the
same commission rate.
*If the Affiliate level has been adjusted, the
commission rate for the Affiliate will change accordingly. If a cashback rate is
set up and the commission rate for the Affiliate remains at 40% or higher after
a level adjustment, the cashback rate for invitees will not change. When the
commission rate for the Affiliate becomes 0, the cashback rate for invitees will
also be 0.
Quarterly Assessment
Quarterly assessment starts on January 1st, April
1st, July 1st, and October 1st in the calendar year.
Level adjustments are made based on the completion
of affiliates target in the previous quarter, and specific target assessment
requirements are as follows:

*Example of Upgraded and Downgraded:
Upgraded: if you were a Level 1
Affiliate before the quarterly assessment and had reached both Targets of Level2
(Trading Volume of 20 BTC or above and Number of Valid Invitees of 20 or above),
your new affiliate level after the assessment will be adjusted to Level2
accordingly.
Downgraded: if you were a Level3
Affiliate before the quarterly assessment and had reached only one of the
standards of your current level (Any one of the requirements: Trading Volume or
Number of Valid Invitees), your new affiliate level after the assessment will be
adjusted to a lower level accordingly. If you fail to meet both requirements of
your current level in the first assessment period, you will receive an email
reminder. Suppose you fail to meet the Lvl1 assessment requirements for two
consecutive cycles (both requirements: Trading Volume or Number of Valid
Invitees), in that case, the rebate rate will be temporarily adjusted to 0% and
automatically resume when the assessment requirements are met.

1. Commission will be
automatically sent to the Affiliate’s CryptoGem Main account every Wednesday, once
a week;
2. The transaction fee
of the inviter's sub-account is merged into the main account, and the commission
amount is calculated;
3. Hijacking official
traffic or jeopardizing CryptoGem clients' account security will lead to the
cancellation of the affiliate membership immediately, and any commission
receivables will be revoked. (Including but not limited to using content similar
to CryptoGem's official social media accounts, website content, or domain names for
redirects, or placing CryptoGem ads through search engines, etc.);
4. The historical
Affiliate version will be automatically upgraded to this version, except for
some exceptional cases;
5. All new invitees
registered after September 22, 2022 will have a lifetime commission period. All
previous registered invitees will keep the original commission period;
6. We do not credit
commissions for Zero-fee trades, LV3 or above invitees

7. CryptoGem reserves the
right to disqualify users from participating in affiliate programs and revoke
any commissions from users who engage in dishonest or abusive activities to earn
commissions. This includes bulk-account registrations to obtain additional
bonuses, using “phishing” websites containing referral links, posting referral
links as advertisements on search engines, and any other activity concerning
unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
8. CryptoGem reserves the
final right to interpret this program, subject to modification without prior
notice.
